  • The perfume has been sprayed, tested, or used.
  • The product was damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • More than 7 days have passed since receipt of the order (unless the product arrived defective).

3. Return Window

  • You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence (photos/videos).
